As a next-generation information technology project, the first phase of AsiaCore Semiconductor Materials, located in the Tianning Economic Development Zone, has a total investment of 300 million yuan. It will construct a research and development center workshop, a tungsten plate workshop, and a heat treatment workshop. Upon reaching full production, the project will have an annual production capacity of 25 tons of ultra-high-purity tungsten metal and 1,000 ultra-high-purity tungsten targets. These products will replace imports and are expected to generate an annual output value exceeding 300 million yuan. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the completion of Phases I and II of the project is currently delayed compared to the original plan.

Xu Xiaobo emphasized that enterprises should thoroughly implement the city's "532" development strategy and the district's "3511" work plan, closely focus on annual goals, and make every effort to accelerate project construction, striving to make up for lost time and achieve early completion and production.

Daheng's oil and gas recovery and comprehensive utilization technology and key equipment R&D and industrialization project involves the construction of four new production workshops, office buildings, and R&D facilities. Phase I has completed final acceptance and filing, with factory roads paved, some landscaping work underway, and a batch of imported equipment installed. Design adjustments are currently underway for Phase II. Xu Xiaobo learned in detail about the company's various products and technologies used in various industries, including petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. He emphasized that relevant departments should diligently address bottlenecks and difficulties in projects with lagging progress, conduct special assessments, and address key issues to ensure breakthroughs in the completion and production rates of major projects.

Xu Xiaobo and his delegation also visited the 5G Science and Technology Innovation Center, the Siyao New Drug R&D and Industrialization Base, the Huaidu Metal Smart Logistics Park and other places to inspect the progress of the projects.
