We are currently recruiting employees with experience in producing various types of targets, including tantalum, tungsten, and molybdenum.

1. Ceramic target engineer with at least two years of experience producing AZO, zinc oxide, and niobium oxide flat and rotary targets.

2. Metal target engineer with experience producing molybdenum and tungsten flat and rotary targets, familiar with cold isostatic pressing, medium-frequency sintering, and hot rolling.

3. Target bonding engineer with at least two years of experience bonding flat and rotary targets, familiar with indium bonding and adhesive bonding.

1. Market development, sales, and promotion of target products;
2. Responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities within the sales region, completing sales targets, as well as long-term customer maintenance and after-sales processing; and collecting sales receivables;

(Any of the following advantages preferred)
1. Familiarity with target material application markets (e.g., mobile phone decoration, optics, lithium batteries, flat panel displays, semiconductors, LEDs, OLEDs, solar photovoltaics, glass, automotive, etc.), with relevant industry experience and client connections preferred;
2. Experience in target material product sales or familiarity with upstream and downstream vacuum industry sectors, and familiarity with coating client relationships preferred;
3. Experience in PVD coating technology preferred, with expertise in cross-industry and cross-market sales welcome, regardless of gender;
4. Extensive account management experience and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit; a sense of responsibility, initiative, and willingness to accept challenges;
5. A college degree or higher in a related field such as physics, electronics, mechanics, materials, or industry and commerce; proficiency in office software;
6. Ability to travel frequently and be hardworking, regardless of gender;

Salary:

Salary Structure: Base salary + performance-based commission + five social insurances and one housing fund; single room accommodation and work meals provided

Responsible for the production of ceramic targets AZO and IGZO, with experience in mixing, powder making, molding and sintering, and skilled in solving problems that arise in production.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as polymer materials or organic chemistry;
2. At least five years of experience in chemical adhesive R&D and management, with a demonstrated track record of leading a team in R&D and successfully completing tasks leading to industrialization;
3. Excellent R&D project management skills, with demonstrated independent R&D project capabilities, excellent team building and management skills, and strong communication and coordination skills.
