Asian Chip Semiconductors Materials Co., Ltd. established in June 2019, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production and sales of ultra-high-purity thin film materials (magnetron sputtering targets) and evaporation source (Slug) particles. The ultra-high-purity metal sputtering targets developed and manufactured by Asian Chip have successfully been certified by leading international chip manufacturers. Asian Chip is committed to technology-driven innovation, places great emphasis on independent R&D and innovation, and possesses a complete portfolio of independent intellectual property rights. Moreover, Asian Chip has overcome the technical manufacturing challenges of high-purity tungsten targets, completely breaking foreign monopolies.

In addition to conventional metal processing methods such as atmospheric casting and vacuum casting, Asian Chip’s use of powder metallurgy technology showcases the company’s specialized and exceptional technical capabilities.

Currently, the company has established multiple production lines for flat and rotary targets, including precious metals, tungsten, molybdenum, and their alloys. Its products are widely applied in touchscreens, displays, aerospace, thin-film solar, big data storage, flexible electronics, and integrated circuit chips.
